We are supremely confident in our product, both in quality and application, and have the utmost confidence that you will never need to know this, but here is our policy:
BrellaBox takes your satisfaction very seriously. From the high quality control measures at the manufacturing facility, to the hand inspection of each and every BrellaBox before it is shipped, to the custom made protective shipping cartons, all possible measures are taken to ensure that you get a perfect BrellaBox every time. However, things can go wrong after we ship your item. If you receive a BrellaBox that has suffered abuse in the shipping process, which has rendered it broken or unusable, please contact us immediately at (540) 232-9553, or by email at [email protected]. Normally, we will ask that you send a photo. We will replace your damaged box at no charge, and get you back onto the fish.
In the unlikely event that the BrellaBox does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or application, please contact us to make sure that we cannot find a way to resolve your issue. If you are still unhappy, we will issue a return number. You can then return your purchase within 14 days, new and unused in its ORIGINAL packaging, postage paid, and we will gladly refund your initial purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
